We use a direct contact approach to recover money. Our time tested aggressive telephone and letter sequence combined with state of the art technology enables us to produce the highest recovery rates in the credit and collection industry.

KMA's contingency collection service (CCS) is designed to liquidate your delinquent accounts and maximize your cash flow. Our trained collection professionals know how to negotiate with your customers to recover your company's hard earned money, while safeguarding your reputation and customer relationships.

Whether you employ KMA first party, third party or charge off capacity, we approach each account with a sense of urgency to turn your delinquent accounts into cash fast.

Upon receipt of new account(s) KMA will scrub all new accounts for: bankruptcies, deceased, most recent addresses and phone numbers. We will update all addresses and phone number and begin collection proceeding on those files immediately. KMA will close and return all bankruptcies and deceased files to client. This process typically takes less than 24 hours to complete, depending on the number of accounts placed for collections.

Once accounts have been scrubbed and we have the most recent addresses and phone numbers. KMA combines a series of written and verbal demands for payment. These demands are compliant with all federal and state laws. Written demands go out every 7-14 days while verbal demands are made daily Monday through Saturday. Letters and calls are in a dunning series within our state of the art computer system. KMA uses a variety of methods to verbally contact debtors. Our collection agents will use predictive dialers, voice over IP ?VOIP? and hard dialing to contact debtors. Calls are made at various times throughout the day. What ever technique used there is always a live agent ready to speak with the debtor.

If we do not have positive movement on an account within sixty (60) days KMA sends our client a form requesting written authorization to forward the accounts to an attorney for pre-litigation. This request form will include the single combined contingency fee charged to Client upon collection of the account. Attorneys are not employed by KMA and do not work directly or indirectly for KMA. Both are separate entities functioning in their own capacity as debt collectors attempting to recover a debt for their mutual Client. Client and the attorney are free at all times to communicate directly with one another. You also have the right to require return of the account, or referral to another attorney of your choosing at any time. To authorize forwarding of account, an authorized agent of client must sign and return the form. Once KMA receives the form we forward the account to an attorney.

Please Note: If authorization is not received KMA at its discretion may place the account in ?verbal demands? or the account will be placed on the inactive list and the status of the account will be authorization not received ?ANR. KMA will base it decision on what is the most economically feasible.
